Adoption Process Guide

1. Choosing a puppy
Check out the puppies currently available for
adoption in “PUPPIES” in the top menu.
If you choose a puppy, consult with a counselor
to check the dog’s information.

*Consultation methods can be found
in the “WARNING” menu.

2. Payment
If you decide to adopt the dog,
please follow the guidance of the counselor
and make a deposit of $1000.

You must process the balance within
one week from the date of deposit.

If the balance is not processed,
the dog will have the opportunity to be adopted by another customer and the deposit will not be refunded.

* Because of you, the dog missed the opportunity
to be adopted for a week.

3. Delivery
Once the balance has been processed,
we will inform you of the estimated delivery date.

Delivery dates vary depending on the country you live in and how old your puppy is.

* The exact date will be notified to you
after flight reservation is made.

* All amounts are non-refundable in case of cancellation of adoption.
(The reason is the same as mentioned above.)

* If you cannot contact us for more than 4 weeks without
an appropriate reason after all payments have been completed,
the adoption will be considered cancelled.

Reservation Adoption Guide

This is a service that will bring the puppy
of your dreams into your arms.

1. Consultation
Through consultation, we will determine
your dog’s ideal type.

2. Deposit
Follow the guidance of the agent
and make a deposit of $1000.

3. Find a puppy
Once the deposit has been made,
we search for parents and their litters
that are close to the puppy you want.

Typically, it takes 1-2 months, please consult
with your counselor for detailed deadlines.

Once we find your puppy, we will confirm
your puppy with a photo/video/video call.

If you don’t like the puppy,
you have two chances to skip it.

 

* This dog cannot be shown to other customers because it is a dog brought to you based on your ideal dog type. So, a puppy that has been skipped must return to its parent dog. Therefore, you must make a decision within 4 hours after checking the puppy.

If a decision cannot be made within 4 hours after checking the dog or if no contact can be made, it will be automatically skipped.

* The deposit covers the cost of finding a puppy. If you select a puppy, the balance must be paid within 24 hours of the selected time.

Health guarantee

1. 14-day warranty against the three latent diseases (coronavirus, parvovirus, and distemper virus).

If the puppy develops one of the three major diseases within 14 days of receiving the puppy,
you can exchange it for another puppy of the same price and same breed.

However, you must send us an initial veterinary certificate within two days
to prove that your dog has a latent major 3 disease.

The documents received will be reviewed by our veterinarian,
and if the contents of the documents are insufficient to prove that the patient has
one of the three major latent diseases, health guarantee will not be provided.

2. One-year health guarantee for severe congenital disabilities

Only if the puppy dies due to a congenital disability will it be
exchanged for the same breed for the same amount.

However, you must send us an initial veterinary certificate within two days
to prove that the death was 100% due to a congenital problem.

(It must be a document proving that the death was 100% due
to a congenital problem and not the guardian’s negligence.)

The documents received will be reviewed by our veterinarian, and if the contents
of the documents are insufficient to prove that the problem is 100% congenital in the dog
and not the guardian’s negligence, health guarantee will not be provided.

 

3. Except for the diseases/disorders mentioned above, treatable diseases and general diseases such as
patellar dislocation, open fontanel, hypoglycemia, skin problems, and hernia are not covered.

* DDPET covers the cost of medical treatment/examination/treatment/surgery before the puppy gets on the plane, but all hospital treatment/examination/treatment/surgery costs after receiving the puppy are borne by the customer.

* All shipping costs related to the health guarantee are the responsibility of the customer.

* Refunds are not possible for changes that occur naturally over time, such as the dog’s appearance/size/characteristics.

* Exchanges/refunds are not possible due to customer’s change of mind.
